The CTF - 807 is for universal catheter forming station for distal and proximal ends using RF induction heating.
The system is capable of performing the tipping and flaring functions utilizing two different cassettes easily swuppable on the station:
Distal Tip Forming Cassette.
Proximal End Flaring Cassette.
The CTF - 807-LX3 is designed to form up to 4" long tip catheters achieving perfect tips by implementing an even heat distribution across the die surface.
The CTF - 807-LX2 is designed to form the distal and proximal ends of catheter tubes two at a time with individual power control and temperature feedback.
The STB - 807-LX1 is designed to bond various durometer materials together using external molds or internal mandrel heating. The system comes with dual sided actuators to control bonding from both sides.

The MTF RF heating station is a compact single module used for manually forming the distal end of medical tubing.
