Customer Requirement:

Some R&D firms and tubing extrusion companies have been approached us for low cost tipping systems. At the same time we had request for developing small tipping station for automation applications:

ONEX RF Solution:

We developed a tiny system that can meet the needs for low budget applications and at the same time the same tipping module could be used in automation platforms using a simple cable and separate RF generator controller for PLC interface.

The MTF-807-LX1 consists of:

  • AC-300 RF Generator Controller
  • MTF-100 - tipping station module
  • MCS-100 - Slide with clamp module
  • MTS-I/O - Interface module
