Customer Requirement:

Customer was using older RF sealer and constantly had issue with arcs and down time. He was manufacturing commercial low volume products. Needed an RF welder so he could utilize single press with multiple dies without any change.

ONEX RF Solution:

We provided the standard dual shuttle RF welder with 4 RF switches, so at any time the customer could turn on the switch to a specific product sealing and the others dies would be off.

This was possible because ONEX RF welders use an auto tuner, which automatically tunes to any die and produces flawless products. We provided the following systems:
